We listen, we dig into what’s actually going on in your body, and we build a nutrition plan that addresses your symptoms at the root, not just on the surface.

  • Managing endometriosis and looking for nutrition strategies that help reduce inflammation and pain
  • Going through perimenopause or menopause and struggling with changes in weight, energy, mood, and appetite
  • Dealing with hormonal imbalances that affect how they feel day to day
  • Tired of being told to just lose weight without anyone actually addressing what’s driving their symptoms
  • Looking for a provider who sees them as a whole person, not just a number on a scale or a lab result on a chart

What We Work On Together

Every woman’s body is different, and every session reflects that. Depending on your conditions and goals, we may work on:

PCOS nutrition support PCOS affects hormones, blood sugar, metabolism, and more. We help you understand how food choices influence your symptoms and work with you to find an eating approach that supports hormonal balance without sending you down a rabbit hole of restriction and guilt.

Endometriosis and inflammation Nutrition plays a meaningful role in managing inflammation, which is central to endometriosis. We’ll explore anti-inflammatory eating strategies that fit your life and help reduce the burden of your symptoms over time.

Perimenopause and menopause support Your nutritional needs shift significantly during this stage of life, and what worked for your body at 35 may not work the same way at 45 or 50. We help you adapt your eating patterns to support bone health, heart health, energy, and weight changes that come with hormonal transitions.

Hormonal health and cycle awareness For women not yet in perimenopause, we look at how your cycle affects your hunger, energy, cravings, and mood and use that information to build eating strategies that work with your hormones rather than against them.

General women’s health and wellness You don’t need a specific diagnosis to benefit from personalized nutrition support. If you simply want to feel better, have more energy, or build habits that support your long-term health as a woman, this program is for you too.

Weight-inclusive care throughout No matter what brings you to us, our approach is always rooted in body respect and weight inclusivity. We support your goals, whatever they are, without shame, pressure, or judgment.

How We Work Together

All sessions are conducted virtually, one-on-one, so you can meet with us from the comfort of your own home no matter where you are in the country. We take the time to understand your full health history, your symptoms, and your relationship with food before we build anything together.

Insurance coverage: many insurance plans cover medical nutrition therapy for conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, and diabetes-related hormonal issues. We will verify your benefits before your first appointment. We also offer reasonable pay-out-of-pocket rates for those without coverage or who prefer not to use insurance.

We are not in network with Medicare or Medicaid at this time.

A Few Important Things to Know

  • We require a minimum commitment of 6 months to make sure you get the full benefit of working together.
  • A credit card is required on file for all patients. A $100 no-show fee applies if you miss your first appointment without notice.
