General Nutrition
Understanding food doesn’t have to be complicated, and it definitely shouldn’t feel like punishment. We break down the science of nutrition in a way that actually makes sense for your real life, helping you move away from restrictive thinking and toward choices that feel good and sustainable. No diets, no shame, just a better relationship with the food on your plate.
Diabetes Education & Kidney Disease
Living with diabetes or kidney disease means navigating a lot of information, and not all of it is helpful or kind. We cut through the confusion and work with you to create a realistic, compassionate approach to eating that supports your health without stripping the joy out of food. You’ll leave our sessions feeling informed and in control, not restricted and overwhelmed.
Medically-Assisted Weight Loss
When weight loss is the goal you’ve chosen for yourself, having the right team behind you makes all the difference. We combine access to GLP-1s and longevity peptides through licensed physician prescribers and 503A compounding pharmacies with hands-on nutrition coaching to make sure your results are built to last. Because getting to your goal is only part of the journey, staying there is where the real work begins.
Women’s Health
Your body is constantly changing, and your nutrition support should keep up with it. From PCOS and endometriosis to perimenopause and everything in between, we create individualized plans that actually address what is happening in your body, not just the symptoms on the surface. This is one-on-one, judgment-free care designed around you and where you are right now.
